Sequence Smarter – Stop Winging It – Audit Your Yoga Sequence in 7 Questions

I’ve been looking forward to this conversation with you because it’s one of my favorite parts of teaching: helping yoga teachers finally feel confident in the way they build their sequences. For years, I used to “wing it” in class: grabbing poses from YouTube, doing whatever felt good, or forcing a peak pose because that’s what I thought made a class meaningful. Over time, I learned there’s a much more intelligent and joyful way to sequence, and that’s exactly what I walk you through in this episode.

I break down my Sequence Smarter Framework—the 3 P’s (Purpose, Pathway, Pose)—and show you how to transform a disjointed or repetitive class into something clear, cohesive, and rooted in logic. I also share the seven audit questions I personally use to evaluate my own sequences. If you’ve ever felt like a class “didn’t land,” or you weren’t sure why it felt off, these seven questions will completely change the way you plan and teach.

And don’t forget, I’m sending out a free printable Sequence Audit Checklist to everyone on my monthly email list. Make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss the download!
