She has been teaching since 2011 and is known for providing accessible and personalized Iyengar Yoga instruction. Her compassionate yet empowering teaching style helps those facing health challenges, new students, experienced practitioners, and aspiring teachers build strength, confidence, and resilience through the practice of yoga. Although initially drawn to Iyengar Yoga to help treat a debilitating spinal condition, it has been the spirit of creativity and the pursuit of self-study inherent to the method that has kept her an ardent student.
