Welcome to Episode 29 of Let’s Talk Yoga!

After a year of recording the first COVID case in the US, I think this conversation is overdue. I want to specifically talk about the role of yoga and COVID19. In today’s solo episode, I share some practical ways to improve or restore respiratory health and boost immunity. Yoga for immunity seems to have dominated google search a lot in the past year! Yes, yoga can help 100% boost immunity & respiratory health. There’s no doubt about it…In this conversation, I also explore what to do for this as well as how to help students who have recovered from COVID19.

I share the best yoga poses to boost immunity & respiratory health in yoga. We also talk about pranayama practices for COVID19, kriyas and most importantly what kind of practice to adopt if you’ve been diagnosed with COVID19 & how yoga can support your recovery process.
