Turning Pain Into Purpose – Why I Revamped My Pranayama Training

This episode is not just about the technical side of pranayama. It is also about what happens when life changes your relationship to the thing you teach.

For me, losing my mother changed my relationship with breath. It made pranayama painful for a while. But eventually, it also made my teaching more honest, more human, and more purposeful.

I do not teach breath as a performance.
I do not teach it as a trend.
I do not teach it as another wellness hack.

I teach it because breath is intimate. It is profound. It is one of the most direct ways we encounter life inside the body.

And for that reason, it deserves depth.
