I invited Anusha Wijeyakumar to talk about everything we need to know about meditation. Is it really the answer to everything? I also ask her some common listener questions that I got on Instagram. Anusha Wijeyakumar is an author and a motivational speaker with areas of expertise in the science of mindfulness and meditation as a way to increase resilience and optimize performance by reducing stress and anxiety in our daily lives. She is also a wellness consultant at the Hoag Hospital in Orange County and the founder of Shanti Within Wellness.
