What Your Dosha Says About Your Gut Health with Dr. Ram Tamang

Welcome to Episode 23 of Let’s Talk Yoga!

One of my goals for the coming year is to get my wellness act together and I specifically want to learn more about gut health. Dr. Ram Tamang is an Ayurvedic physician with 20 years of experience. Born & raised in Nepal, Dr. Ram started dealing with herbs and natural ways of living since early childhood. Today, he’s a celebrated & recognized Ayurvedic physician in Orange County, California.

We talk primarily about Ayruvedic doshas and gut health according to Ayurveda. While western medicine is now catching up with Ayurveda, gut health has been a big part of focus in Ayurveda for literally thousands of years.

Whether you’re new to learning Ayurveda or a seasoned practitioner, there’s something for everyone in this conversation.

Dr. Ram Tamang believes that your health is in your own hands. He is also a certified high-performance coach, a lecturer, and has always been a part of many ayurvedic events across the globe.
